My role

I was auditing the ASICS Runkeeper App and found significant opportunities (conversion, scale and growth). There are 0 ASICS groups in the ASICS Runkeeper App. Through research and ux methods I was able to provide a framework.

Pain points

  • Groups do not exist in ASICS Runkeeper App

  • Groups are silos outside the ASICS ecosystem

  • ASICS and ASICS Runkeeper App has no omni experience
