Community groups have two primary users: athletes and creators. Community groups is a tool for the creator to create a space for their athletes to socialize, train, join events, shop and learn about running in the digital format and still have in-person experiences.
Creators offerings
Athletes benefit from shopping online or in-person anywhere and anytime. In-person can be in stores or at ASICS events.
Athletes benefit from all the products and services that the creators offer.
Athletes benefit from mentorship and coaching from their favourite influencers.
Athletes benefit being consistent with training plans, events and challenges. Athletes can experience healthy habits.

Simple framework that benefits B2B and B2C
My role
I shared my vision and led the creator and athlete journey with the team members so creators could share their content with their athletes. The athletes can get training, challenges, social events, racing and shopping at the tip of their fingers. The creator can personalize their group screen using their brand (content and colors) while there is a balance using the ASICS Runkeeper brand. More importantly, there is a solid omni-channel presence with a story about their group's unique and meaningful features and benefits for the creator and athlete.
