The framework creates a digital landscape through ASICS Runkeeper App in which creators and athletes add value for one another as they move across the product. As they do so each pillar becomes more and more valuable, attracting new creators and athletes and, over time, driving viral growth.

The story

Françoise Parage is an ASICS Front Runner who loves to coach, train, race and surround herself with others. ASICS acquired Race Roster for race registrations and race events. ASICS Runkeeper App is the tool for creators and athletes to get all the services and products ASICS offers.

My role

I strategized the UX and UI experience for Clara's Running journey in the ASICS Runkeeper App. The framework I introduced for Clara is just the beginning. Once we connect ASICS Runkeeper App to a CMS system, this will explode, and we will immediately unlock thousands of ASICS front runners with the ASICS Runkeeper App with only a configuration change. We are also converting coaches, leaders, race directors, community groups, organizations, and individuals to the ASICS RunkeeperApp.

Clara's Project is just the tip of the iceberg; the framework can horizontally scale for any sport or line of business.
